SHEENA McCURRACH ART
Sheena McCurrach's work as an artist is defined by the landscape around her;
its colours, flora and fauna, light, shade and shadow.
Her paintings resonate with sensitivity to her surroundings and suggest much more than the visual.
Sheena lives in in rural Galloway; in an ancient mill cottage where she has established a studio in an old stone building set amongst the richly patterned fields and by the shores of Woodhall Loch.

Sheena's work will be on show at Studio 56 in the Dumfries & Galloway 2026 Spring Fling Open Studios from Saturday 23 April to Monday 25 April, each day from 10.00 -17.00 at Blates Mill.
The Studio and the Garden Room are lined with paintings, prints and cards with many new works on show.

Copies of my illustrated book - just published - will be on sale.
You are warmly welcome to visit Studio 56 and stay a while if you can - to enjoy the birds and flowers,
to wander around the Mill site and ruins and enjoy the ambience of the place.
I aim to be at work and I'm always ready for a chat about the things that inspire my thoughts and creativity.
I look forward to meeting you.
